Return Policy
TOULOUSE makes sure you always have the latest trends in store! Due to the high of new volume of new merchandise and the limited stock, our refund policy lasts 10 days. We need to receive the item back within 10 days of purchase. If the 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In store returns are valid for 5 days after the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 10 days at our online store or in the showroom. Items marked as final sale. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Who pays for the return?
You don’t have to worry, we will cover this for you if you are in the US. However, returns for refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total.
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your items, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund. You will receive email confirmation that we’re working on your refund.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
Please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove the protective slip.
Be careful with deodorant stains when trying on dresses and tops. They count as damage.
Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and you should see it reflect in your account within a week after we have received it and processed it. So please be patient! Keep in mind, that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send your order # with the item it to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
